1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ClawRecall, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.
2. License
**Free Version:** Licensed for personal use on a single machine.
**Pro Version:** Lifetime or Monthly license as specified at checkout. Pro licenses permit activation on up to 1 machine.
3. Pro Features
Nightly repairs and cloud sync are provided "as-is". While we strive for 100% data integrity, users are encouraged to maintain their own backups.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day "no questions asked" refund policy for Pro licenses if the software does not work as expected on your system.
5. Limitation of Liability
ClawRecall is not responsible for any data loss resulting from OpenClaw updates or hardware failure. Use at your own risk.
6. Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms.
